It's collaborative time!

Hi!
Remember I told you we were going to practice the exercises on this booklet here?
Well, I have created a discussion board where you will find extra exercises.
Post the answers to the exercises and receive feedback from me and from your classmates.
YES, you can correct grammar, spelling or any other mistake you see in your classmate's answers that way we will all learn from each other's mistakes and contributions.

Do you think it's a good idea to correct each other? Post a comment.
What do you think about this blog? Do you like it?
What things could be done to improve this blog?
Do you think blogging enhances your learning? Why? Why not?

See you!

I think is a good idea to correct each other, as long as, is in a mature way.

I kind of like the blog..well I'm not very tecnogical..but is a nice way of learning.

I don't know..as I said before, I had no idea about this things...wajajaj

I guess so..I wish we could do more in classes, cause I learn more in the act than from a pc..but to nothing.. is not bad and helps us to get what it's supposed we're seeing in class.

Mabel,
I said the same last class. Let's practice in class and do the reading, memorizing, looking for meanings as homeworks.
There is dicussion board with some extra writing activities for you to do and post.
As soon as you post your answers, I will give you some feedback!
Your sincerity and comments are much appreciated.
See you!

PS.
I think it is a ...
... as long as we do it in a ...
technological = fond of computers
...but it is a nice ...
.. I have no idea about these things... or more specifically I have no idea about blogging. ( A suggestion. Start using more complex sentences, you have the language!)
... more in class ...
I learn more from acting ... (I do not understand your point here. Do you mean you learn more from acting - dramatizing? or acting - doing?
Doing what?)
... It is not bad ...
... and it helps us to /understand/internalize/practice ... (I think those verbs would apply better in this context)

Hi!
Miss i have a problem. I saw the discussion board and i realized or i think that we have to login, but we need the zip code and i don't know it.It's the only way to get in?..
If you know the zip code, please tell me!
thanks!
And i think that this is a good way to learn and that you are making a special effort for us.The blog, the funny things, i mean the jigsaw and those stuffs, which are very practice and maybe we can join these good things and to tackle other items and extent our vocabulary, because that is what we need, i really like the way you teach, but we can do it better if we try to increase our knowledge.(always vocabulary)
Ok.
See you on Monday
Bye

Hi, Natalia!
I am posting an answer in a "new post" so look for that.
Well, thank you for your support.
I really appreciate your comments.
Let me tell you that teaching is all about students. I value all feedback you can give me. Do not be afreaid of telling me that you liked one particular activity and disliked another. If you (students) feel we need more vocabulary development in our classes, you need to verbalize that.
That way I reflect upon my teaching strategies and can make all the necessary adjustments. Now and again, there are some irracional requests on the part of students. Those I do not allow, but when you are concerned for your own learning, that shows a mature attitude.
We will talk more about that tomorrow.

For the forum you need to register.
I couldn't avoid that.

Here you may find your zip code.
All you need is to type the address.

See you!

PS.
... I have ...

... I think ...
... I don't know it.
... Is it .... (EM)
... I think ...
... I mean ...
... those stuff ...
- All I's (you get the idea, right?)
- Revise punctuation in the last paragraph.
